This service is a way for the organization to assist clients experiencing a loss of autonomy, answer questions regarding expressed needs and provide referrals to other organizations, institutions or agencies if needed.

At CAB Les Artisans de l’Aide, you will find a wide selection of brochures from various community organizations and from the health and social services network that may answer your questions. Do not hesitate to visit us.

PROCEDURES

• Volunteers and employees answer calls, return phone messages and answer emails from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Requests are forwarded to the service coordinators.
• Referrals to institutions and agencies are made as requests are processed.
